November 4th, 2008, was a noteworthy day in American history.
Senator Barack Obama’s election as president was a fulfilllment of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream. One hundred and forty-three years after slavery was abolished, a black man will now hold the highest office in our great country.
His election allows every child, regardless of race or gender, to know anything is possible.
This is truly a country where hard work and a sound education can lead to success. I’m truly proud to be an American and finally believe that this country is ready to move forward.
Together, all Americans can lead a path to a bright future for ourselves and generations to come.
To all my young fans: please, don’t limit your dreams!
