The now legendary 225 Pounds leg press scene from "In the Life."

In the summer of 2009, Steven Jackson provided one of the first glimpses ever into an NFL player's offseason training in his web series, "In the Life." 

The four-part documentary followed Steven's exercise regimen in his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada, just days before he departed for Rams training camp in St. Louis, Missouri. At the same time, each episode delved into a different aspect of his life, in and off the field, including his playing days in high school and college, his relationship with his family, his love of Las Vegas, his passion for art, and his aspirations for his pro career.
