Steven Jackson is asking his fans and people across the nation to aid him in the ongoing struggle to keep kids from going hungry.

The All-Pro NFL running back is partnering with Three Square, a Las Vegas-based charity, for the "Action Jackson's BackPack GiveBack." For every touchdown he scores during regular and post-season games this season, Steven will donate $2,000 to Three Square's "BackPacks for Kids" program.

The "BackPacks for Kids" program provides bags of kid-friendly, nutritious, shelf-stable foods to school children in Nevada's Clark County who lack adequate food and nutrition over the weekend. Three Square distributed a total of 114,000 backpacks during the 2008-2009 school year, which provided meals for about 3,700 school children.
