On the day that Steven Jackson and the St. Louis Rams collected their second win in three preseason games, No. 39 released the first episode of "In the Life With Steven Jackson."

Steven announced the launch of the four-part documentary on his Twitter account:

So far, Episode 1 — entitled, "Home" — has gotten extremely positive reviews from fans on a number of forums and on Twitter as well. One of the best was from @TLangland:

Two years removed from the Pro Bowl, running back Steven Jackson entered the offseason of 2009 with one goal: to get into the best shape of his career.
